About
I completed my undergraduate studies at Columbia University and earned my medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. I continued my training at The Mount Sinai Hospital, where I served as Chief Resident, and completed a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry. I’m now dual board-certified in General Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry, licensed in both New York and Colorado. I currently serve as a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at New York University’s Grossman School of Medicine.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals who are deeply driven—people who thrive in demanding roles, but who also carry immense mental and emotional responsibilities. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to help you step back, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most—without losing your edge.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic psychotherapy. When appropriate, I also incorporate medication management as part of a well-rounded and individualized plan. My goal is always to support lasting change—not just quick fixes.

I have a particular interest in working with professionals navigating high-stress environments, past trauma, burnout, and the psychological impact of serious medical illness. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, personality challenges, and interpersonal difficulties.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a more sustainable way forward, I offer a grounded, respectful space to do meaningful work—and move toward real, lasting growth.
